Sunrise walks through the fynbos... cushion covers inspired by nature

Inspired by our beautiful surrounds in Cape Town. Metalasia muricata D.Don, commonly known as 'White Bristle Bush' or 'Blombos', is a hardy twiggy shrub with honey-scented flowers, and an important component of the coastal and mountain fynbos regions of Southern Africa.


We start by creating texture and depth with fabric paint, and then stitch into it which gives a 3D effect. Layers of colours and texture create interesting one-of-a-kind cushion covers.

We scan and print from our original design onto Hemp fabric.

Dimensions: to fit a standard 60x40cm or 60x60cm inner

Care instructions: Cold hand wash, warm iron, do not tumble dry, do not dry clean
