Shipping policy

Local Shipping

All orders less than R1200.00 have a standard local shipping rate of R75.00 to main centres.

All orders from local and main centres of R1200.00 and over qualify for free shipping.

Regional outlying areas have a standard rate of R120.00

Delivery time varies between 48 and 96 hours depending on order status and  destination address.

Regrettably our couriers cannot accept PO Box addresses. We require a contact number for the courier.

Collection:

Our studio is in Fish Hoek, so if you are based in the surrounding areas you are welcome to select collection as your  shipping option. You will then be notified once your order has been completed and is ready for you to collect.

 

International Shipping:

All orders are shipped from South Africa through our international shipping partner FedEx. Rates may vary depending on weight and shipping zone. Delivery could take 4 -7 business days, excluding public holidays. 

 

NOTE: Many countries add extra import taxes and VAT to incoming packages from foreign companies. It is up to you, the customer, to know about and to pay for the shipping taxes in your own country. Threads that bind us is not responsible for any additional costs accrued from custom taxation or abandoned packages. International vendors must agree to these terms when placing orders.
