Exchanges and Returns
Local:
We would like to make your online shopping experience as easy and hassle-free as possible. If for any reason you would like to exchange or return your product we will be happy to help.
Returns Policy:
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have ordered you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.
You will need to arrange a courier to return the item/s to us. When we receive the delivery, and the item/s pass inspection, your replacement will be sent, or a store credit or refund given.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, but we are happy to make up certain items if we don’t have stock. There will be a lead time of 5 - 10 working days.
In case of a refund: We can only process a refund once we have received the item. Refunds will be paid into the account from which your purchase has been made. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been confirmed. Refunds will reflect within 7- 14 working days.
Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read our care and wash instructions . We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care and wash instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the products is clearly due to wear and tear, misuse or incorrect washing.
Our products go through several quality control checks. If the item you received is damaged, or somehow unsatisfactory, please get in touch with a clear photograph of the problem. Any damaged goods supplied by us will be replaced.
No refunds on sale items - only exchanges or store credit.
No refunds or exchanges on custom made or personalised items.
Sale Items:
Return or Exchange of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
All returns or exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of purchase.
International:
Regrettably we cannot accept exchanges or returns on international orders.
