Chartreuse Metalasia Cushion Cover (Printed)

Inspired by our beautiful surrounds in Cape Town. Metalasia muricata D.Don, commonly known as 'White Bristle Bush' or 'Blombos', is a hardy twiggy shrub with honey-scented flowers, and an important component of the coastal and mountain fynbos regions of Southern Africa.


We start by creating texture and depth with fabric paint, and then stitch into it which gives a 3D effect. Layers of colours and texture create interesting one-of-a-kind cushion covers.

We scan and print from our original design onto Hemp fabric.

Dimensions: to fit a standard 60x40cm inner

Care instructions: Machine wash at 40°C, warm iron, do not tumble dry, do not dry clean
