Free shipping on all local orders over R1000
Local Shipping
All orders less than R1000.00 have a standard local shipping rate of R75.00 to main centres.
All orders from local and main centres of R1000.00 and over qualify for free shipping.
Regional outlying areas have a standard rate of R120.00
Delivery time varies between 48 and 96 hours depending on order status and destination address.
Regrettably our couriers cannot accept PO Box addresses.
We require a contact number for the courier.
Collection:
Our studio is in Fish Hoek, so if you are based in the surrounding areas you are welcome to select collection as your shipping option. You will then be notified once your order has been completed and is ready for you to collect.
International Shipping:
All international orders are posted with FEDEX. It takes 5-14 working days* to arrive.
*All delivery times are on a best effort principle and threads that bind us cannot be held liable if a parcel arrives a few days later than the lead times. Orders can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, strikes etc. Please allow for up to 20 days from payment to delivery.
