Large Petalled Protea Cushion Cover (Printed)

Bring vibrancy to any room with this striking Large Petalled Protea scatter cushion.

Celebrate the outdoors and the beautiful Cape Fynbos with this special Protea. Rich thread colours combined with a dark blue grey background create delicious drama.

We start the process by hand painting; making interesting textures and colours as a base for the stitching. Leila then uses multiple colours of thread and layers of stitching to draw the protea.

We use a normal domestic sewing machine for this "drawing with thread" technique, and each one is created individually ensuring each item is unique.


We scan and print from our original design onto Hemp fabric.
